1. Request a Free Valuation

Fill out our form with the details and photos of your guitar. The more information you provide about its condition, specifications and serial number, the faster and more accurately we can assess your guitar and make you a clear, no-obligation offer.

2. Receive Your Offer & Deposit

Once we have received your information, we’ll send you our offer. Happy with the price? We’ll send you an official sales agreement and pay a 10% deposit directly to your bank account.

3. Easy & Insured Shipping or Drop-Off

Once the sales agreement has been completed, you can ship your guitar to us free of charge and fully insured using our shipping label. Prefer to hand it over in person? You’re welcome to arrange a personal drop-off at our location in the Netherlands.

4. Receive Your Payment

Once we have received and inspected the guitar and everything is as agreed, we’ll transfer the remaining 90% within one week by bank transfer or PayPal.
